As publisher and editor-in-chief of Genusspunkt magazine, I bring modern gourmets together with the most exciting restaurants, hotels and producers. In addition to my passion for good taste, I work as a presenter, speaker and consultant, helping companies to make their brand shine. Brands such as Goldhelm Schokolade, Aroma Hopping, SteirerBitter and Fabico Coffee trust me when it comes to authentic collaboration and influencer marketing.
From 2025, we will be launching a new format for promoting young talent – Taste of Tomorrow – which will focus on the future of the industry and connect the best talents even more closely with innovations. There will also be exciting events centered around enjoyment.
But it’s not just writing, presenting or consulting that drives me. Rather, it is the opportunity to bring the culture of enjoyment to life. This is precisely why I proudly represent Austria as a brand ambassador at Host Milano – the world’s leading trade fair for gastronomy.

Together with my partner Heimo G. Jessenko, I have been supporting hoteliers and restaurateurs, suppliers and producers on their path to success for almost 20 years. Together, we develop innovative social media strategies, tailor-made press concepts and implement extraordinary supporting programs for food festivals and trade fairs such as ALLES FÜR DEN GAST, Ferienmesse Wien and INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart.
We not only create platforms that inspire people, but also influencer campaigns that authentically convey brands and messages.

Born in 1981 in Graz, in beautiful Styria, my professional career initially began in a completely different field: as a lawyer and mediator. After working at dbv-Verlag and Anton Paar GmbH, I discovered that my true passion lies not in paragraphs, but in the world of enjoyment and culinary delights.
In 2014, I took over as editor-in-chief of the renowned trade magazine Falstaff Profi, formerly Falstaff Karriere, and dedicated myself to the exciting topics of the gastronomy industry for many years. I was managing partner and co-editor until July 2023. Career topics, networks and the promotion of top performance in the B2B sector are still my hobbyhorses today.
A special moment in my heart was the creation of the Falstaff Young Talents Cup, which I launched and implemented together with my partner Heimo G. Jessenko from 2015 to 2024. This competition to promote young talent in the hotel and catering industry encouraged and challenged young talents in the bar, vegetable cuisine, pâtisserie, host and kitchen categories. Building a top-class network was a key component of this unique event.
