INGREDIENTS

For 10 people:

  • 200 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml coconut syrup
  • 1.2 litres tonic water
  • 200 ml WIBERG AcetoPlus Mango

 

Garnish:

  • 10 physalis, halved
  • 10 lime wedges, halved

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the lime juice, coconut syrup and WIBERG AcetoPlus Mango into a shaker and shake briefly.
  2. Pour the mixture into aperitif glasses.
  3. Top up with tonic water.
  4. Garnish with half a physalis and lime wedges.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
