Aloha in a glass: Hawaii cocktail

One sip of this cocktail – and you’re on vacation. With rum, infused vodka, Hawaiian tea and sparkling mineral water, this drink brings sun, beach and palm trees straight into your glass.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tea bags J. Hornig Hawaii Cocktail
- 5 cl rum
- 2 cl Hawaii infused vodka (set for at least 24 hours)
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 8 cl cooled Hawaii cocktail tea
- Mineral water
- Ice cubes
- Edible flowers for decoration
PREPARATION
- Prepare the vodka (the day before): infuse 1 tea bag in 200 ml vodka for 24 hours.
- Prepare the tea: 2 tea bags in 300 ml boiling water, leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes, then cool.
- For the drink, fill glass with ice cubes.
- Add the tea, infused vodka, rum, lemon juice and syrup.
- Top up with mineral water and stir carefully.
- Garnish with edible flowers.

For the ultimate aloha feeling, enjoy on a warm summer evening – preferably with a ukulele soundtrack!
