INGREDIENTS

  • 450 ml cream (min. 32% fat)
  • 50 ml caramel syrup

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the cream and caramel syrup into a 0.5 L iSi Whip.
  2. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake the device vigorously 6–8 times.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve and use as a topping as desired.
