Matcha Martini with espresso foam

Elegant, calm, and modern: matcha, vodka, and amaretto blend together to create a stylish cocktail, topped with fine espresso foam. Perfect for evenings where understatement shines.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 espresso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 cl water
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 cl vodka
  • 3 cl amaretto
  • 3 cl plant-based milk alternative
  • A little orange blossom water

PREPARATION

  1. Chill the glass.
  2. Mix the matcha with hot water until smooth. Put the matcha, vodka, amaretto, and milk alternative in a shaker and shake with ice.
  3. Froth the espresso with sugar until creamy.
  4. Flavor the glass with a dash of orange blossom water, pour in the drink, and carefully top with espresso foam.
