Aloha in a glass: Hawaii cocktail

One sip of this cocktail – and you’re on vacation. With rum, infused vodka, Hawaiian tea and sparkling mineral water, this drink brings sun, beach and palm trees straight into your glass.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tea bags J. Hornig Hawaii Cocktail
  • 5 cl rum
  • 2 cl Hawaii infused vodka (set for at least 24 hours)
  • 3 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 8 cl cooled Hawaii cocktail tea
  • Mineral water
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible flowers for decoration

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the vodka (the day before): infuse 1 tea bag in 200 ml vodka for 24 hours.
  2. Prepare the tea: 2 tea bags in 300 ml boiling water, leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes, then cool.
  3. For the drink, fill glass with ice cubes.
  4. Add the tea, infused vodka, rum, lemon juice and syrup.
  5. Top up with mineral water and stir carefully.
  6. Garnish with edible flowers.
