Artichoke Spread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them roughly.
  2. Cut the feta and cream cheese into pieces.
  3. Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
  4. Place all ingredients in a Thermomix or a food processor and puree until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
