Autumn trumpet fricassée with keto bread chips and cream cheese dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g butter
  • 300g autumn trumpets
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100 g creme fraiche
  • Juice of one lemon
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • thin slices of keto bread
  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Tear the bread into small pieces and fry bread chips in 50 g melted butter. Salt, drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the autumn trumpets into small pieces.
  3. Roast them in 100 g butter until its juice has leaked out.
  4. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and fresh parsley.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with the Creme fraiche, season with salt.
  6. Arrange autumn trumpets like a tartare, garnish with dip, chips and chives.
