INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g beetroot, cooked
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated horseradish
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some fresh rocket

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the already cooked beetroot into small pieces.
  2. Mix the beetroot with the vinegar, oil, lemon juice and grated rennet.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with finely chopped rocket marinated in olive oil.
