Blackberry yogurt tart

Blackberry tartlets with yoghurt are a delicious and healthy option for anyone looking for a tasty and ketogenic dessert. But also for those who don’t follow a ketogenic diet, this tartlet always goes down great with my guests!

These tartlets are easy to make and contain very few carbohydrates, making them a perfect choice for anyone following a ketogenic diet.

Blackberries are not only delicious, but also rich in vitamins, fibre and antioxidants. These small berries are also a great source of anthocyanins, which have antioxidant properties and can reduce inflammation in the body.

The yoghurt cream used on these cupcakes is also a great source of protein and healthy fats. When following a ketogenic diet, it’s important to consume enough fat and protein to get your bodies into a state of ketosis and stay there.

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 50 g sour cream
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Agar Agar
  • Birch sugar
  • Cookies
  • Blackberries

 

PREPARATION

  1. Mix yoghurt, sour cream, lemon, egg yolk, sugar.
  2. Beat in the whipped cream. Process agar agar for strength.
  3. Use low carb cookies as a cake base. Crumble and press firmly into the mold.
  4. Pour in the yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Decorate with blackberries.
