INGREDIENTS

Fillung

  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 60 g rice syrup

Glaze

  • 200 g chocolate (80%)
  • 20 g coconut oil

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the coconut milk with the rice syrup, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove the milk from the stove and add the coconut flakes, stirring constantly.
  3. Line a square shape with cling film, fill in the mass.
  4. Put the mold in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  5. Prepare the icing: warm the chocolate and coconut oil.
  6. Take the mold out of the freezer, cut the coconut mass into the desired size and pour the glaze over it.
