Buttery cookie flavor in coffee: vanilla crescent cookie topping

Recipe from iSi

This topping is a treat for anyone who loves the taste of Christmas baking. Inspired by traditional vanilla crescent cookies, it combines cream, milk, and white chocolate with finely ground crescent cookies. The result is a creamy, airy dessert topping that transforms warm drinks or desserts into festive highlights.

The scent of vanilla, the buttery hint of cookies, and the sweetness of chocolate create an irresistible combination that evokes memories of childhood and Christmas markets. Optionally refined with a dash of rum, the result is a topping that goes perfectly with coffee or hot chocolate.
