In keeping with the Christmas season, Julius Meinl has developed a tempting recipe that is guaranteed to put you in a festive mood – the Caramel Cookie Latte. With its sweet caramel note and a pinch of cinnamon, this recipe brings warmth and coziness to the chilly winter days and invites you to enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cookies
  • 2 pumps of caramel syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • milk
  • 1 double espresso (e.g. prepared with the Organic Melange from Julius Meinl)
  • Whipped cream and cookie pieces for the garnish

PREPARATION

  • Place the cookies, caramel syrup and cinnamon in a glass and mix the ingredients with a wooden mortar.
  • Froth the milk and pour over the cookie mixture in the glass. Stir everything gently.
  • Make a double espresso and pour slowly into the mixture.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and cookie pieces as desired.
