Cauliflower from the oven

I love cauliflower. It is versatile to prepare and a healthy addition to any meal. It belongs to the cruciferous family and is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

In this recipe, the cauliflower is roasted in the oven to give it a crispy texture and delicious aroma. Oven roasting intensifies the natural flavours of the vegetable and creates a deliciously delicate taste.

Did you know that cauliflower comes in different colours? Besides white cauliflower, there are also purple, yellow and green varieties. These differ not only in colour, but also in taste and nutrients. Purple cauliflower, for example, contains anthocyanins, which have antioxidant properties and help the body defend itself against free radicals.
