Coffee with vacation flair: Coconut Coffee Delight

A touch of the exotic in a glass: this creamy coffee cocktail combines espresso, coconut and an optional shot of cognac. Topped with a light layer of whipped cream and a Raffaello garnish, it is a sensual taste experience – ideal for warm summer evenings.

INGREDIENTS

  • Double espresso (e.g. Julius Meinl Espresso Crema capsule)
  • 20 ml cognac (optional)
  • 30 ml coconut syrup
  • 20-30 ml liquid whipped cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1-2 Raffaello for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the espresso and leave to cool.
  2. Stir the espresso, cognac (optional) and coconut syrup in a glass.
  3. Top up with ice cubes.
  4. Lightly whip the cream and carefully add a layer on top.
  5. Garnish with a Raffaello half.
