Creamy Feta-Yogurt Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g feta
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Break the feta into large pieces and place it in the Thermomix along with the Greek yogurt. If you don’t have a Thermomix, use an immersion blender.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and add it to the mix.
  3. Add the lemon zest and blend everything until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the finished dip with homemade pesto.
