Crispy chicken wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 pcs of lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 16 pieces of chicken wings

PREPARATION

  1. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Mix olive oil with mustard, honey, chili powder, tomato paste, herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix the marinade, put on the wings and chill for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain the chicken wings and then place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 170 ° C.
  5. After 10 minutes turn the chicken wings.
  6. At the end of the cooking time, make sure that the wings don’t get too dark.
