INGREDIENTS

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Rosemary or herbs to taste
  • Salt & pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F), top and bottom heat.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn the potatoes once.
  5. Roast for another 15 minutes at 220°C.

The potatoes can be seasoned with sage, thyme, or other herbs to taste and make an ideal side dish for countless possibilities.
