INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2-3 spring onions
  • 1 bunch chopped chives
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the apple, cucumber and spring onions thoroughly and drain. Separate the apple from the core and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Next, cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into fine pieces. Then peel the spring onions and chop them finely too.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients together, add the sour cream and season with pepper, salt, lime juice and chives. Leave to stand in the fridge for an hour and then serve.
