Fruit bomb with a kick: Frozen Cherry Espresso Martini

An espresso martini like you’ve never experienced before! This ice-cold power drink combines the intense taste of coffee with the sweetness of cherries – in a creamy frozen cocktail. Perfect for hot summer evenings when you want energy and indulgence at the same time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 90 ml vodka
  • 60 ml coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup frozen cherries (e.g. sour cherries)
  • Frozen coffee cherries
  • Cold brew ice cubes (approx. 90-120 ml)
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum (for creaminess, available from health food stores, for example)
  • Ice cubes made from cherry juice
  • Optional: fresh cherries for decoration

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
  2. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh cherries if desired.
TIP

The cold brew ice cubes ensure a full coffee taste without watering it down.
