Green Tapenade

Welcome to our delicious recipe for Green Olive Tapenade! This traditional Mediterranean specialty is a wonderful blend of savory and aromatic ingredients, perfect as a bread spread, dip, or side dish. The best part? This recipe is entirely vegan, making it ideal for those who avoid animal products or simply seek a delightful plant-based option. For those unfamiliar, tapenade is a savory paste made from olives, oil, garlic, and other ingredients, which tastes amazing with fresh bread.

Green Olives: A Delight with Many Benefits

Green olives are not only a culinary delight but also rich in health-promoting nutrients. They contain valuable monounsaturated fatty acids and a wealth of antioxidants that can help support the cardiovascular system and reduce inflammation. Compared to black olives, green olives are harvested earlier, giving them their distinctive robust and slightly bitter taste. This depth of flavor makes them the perfect base for our tapenade.
