INGREDIENTS

  • a few kohlrabi leaves from approx. 4 – 5 kohlrabi
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • a little salt

PREPARATION

  1. Remove the stems from the kohlrabi leaves.
  2. Mix the leaves with the oil and salt.
  3. Then spread on several baking trays and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 7 minutes until crispy.
