INGREDIENTS

  • 75 ml pumpkin spice syrup
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 ml cream (36% fat)

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 0.5 L iSi Whip.
  3. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake the whip vigorously 6–8 times.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Shake vigorously again before serving and enjoy as a topping.
