Refreshment with character: Strawberry-Pistachio Espresso Tonic

A fruity, nutty coffee cocktail that provides tingling refreshment on hot days. The sweetness of strawberry nectar meets the nutty accent of pistachio, combined with strong espresso and sparkling tonic water – a sophisticated summer drink with aromatic depth.

INGREDIENTS
- 25ml strawberry nectar
- 10ml pistachio syrup (e.g. Monin Pistachio)
- Double espresso (e.g. Julius Meinl Red Door Blend)
- 200ml tonic water
- Ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Prepare double espresso and allow to cool.
- Pour strawberry nectar and pistachio syrup into a glass.
- Carefully add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour tonic water over the ice cubes.
- Then slowly pour the espresso shot over the tonic water to create two layers.
