Stuffed dates with blue cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • Dates
  • Blue cheese (e.g. Roquefort or Gorgonzola)
  • Thyme
  • Honey
  • freshly ground pepper
  • Walnut kernels

 

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the dates lengthways and carefully pit them.
  2. Cut the blue cheese into strips and fill the dates with it.
  3. Finely chop the thyme and sprinkle on the dates.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on the dates.
  5. Drizzle with honey.

 

TIP
