Summer cocktail ABC – Swizzle

ABC – Swizzle by Jörg Krause from the Tantris bar

Just in time for summer, Bar Tantris presents its latest cocktail highlight: the ABC – Swizzle. This refreshing creation combines the flavour of ABC (Apéritif à Base de Calvados by Christian Drouin) with a squeeze of lime, fresh white peach puree and naturally cloudy organic apple juice. This drink is rounded off with a dash of champagne, served on crushed ice in a long-drink glass. The ABC – Swizzle offers a perfect balance of fruitiness and effervescence and is ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings in style.

Recipe by bar manager Jörg Krause
