Beat the egg whites firmly. As soon as the egg white has turned white, gradually add the sugar and beat together to form a firm snow.
Mix the nuts and chocolate and fold into the snow mixture.
Fill the batter into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe biscuits of even size onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Alternatively, you can use a small spoon to make heaps.
Bake the widow’s kisses in an oven preheated to 150 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
