A powerful champagne cocktail. The French 75 is a cocktail for gin lovers. This classic combines freshness, sweetness and acidity in an impressive way. And yes, it also has an effect.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl Gin No. 3 Inge und der Honigbär
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- champagne
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except for the champagne.
- Basically, the French 75 is served without ice in a champagne glass. Since I can’t do without ice cubes, I grab a tumbler with ice.
- Pour the cocktail and top up with champagne.
TIP
