- 125 g butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs should be at room temperature

- 250 g gluten-free flour (Schär, mix for cakes and biscuits)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 100 to 150 g chopped chocolate
Toppings:
- 50 g peanuts roasted and preferably unsalted
- 80 g chopped chocolate
You want the biscuits nice and soft and chewy, then bake these for only 10 minutes!
