- 1 kg cooked beetroot
- 250 g pasta Linguine al Bronzo
- 100 g mild feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig thyme
- salt, pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Topping:
- Sheep’s cheese
- Ruccola salad marinated with olive oil and seasoned with sauces
- Pine nuts, roasted
- Olive oil
I like to use the Thermomix for mixing and then also for stirring in. This makes it incredibly quick and easy to prepare farces. If you don’t have a Thermomix, simply use a hand blender.
