Chicken hearts on mixed salad with fenugreek sprouts

Today I share with you a special dish that is not only delicious but also healthy: chicken hearts on mixed salad with home-grown fenugreek sprouts. INGREDIENTS

  • chicken hearts
  • fresh thyme
  • garlic
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • mixed salad of your choice
  • Sprouts, in my case home-grown fenugreek sprouts.

 

PREPARATION

  1. Roast the chicken hearts in olive oil with garlic and thyme until hot.
  2. Continue to cook over a low heat for five minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and fresh thyme.
  4. Serve on a mixed salad.
