INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 pkg baking powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup grated nuts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Grape jelly or jam to taste

 

Ingredients for the gluten-free alternative:

Replace 1 cup of flour with:

  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp locust bean gum

Be sure to reduce the amount of oil to ¾ cup, as the almond flour brings a strong fat content.

 

Ingredients for the Crumble, gluten-free:

  • 80 g rice flour
  • 60 g ground almonds or other nuts
  • 40 g coconut blossom sugar or brown sugar
  • 28 g oil
  • 40 g maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

PREPARATION

  1. 80 g rice flour
